Terms of use
Last updated August 17, 2026
These terms govern your use of NeuroDash. They are written in plain language on purpose. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.
In short
NeuroDash is educational practice, not medical advice. The daily case is free, with no cap and no account. Pro is an optional subscription that removes the daily limits; the $79 Mastery Pack is the one-time way in. We do not sell your data. What NeuroDash is
NeuroDash is an educational trainer for clinicians and students who assess the dizzy patient — vestibular and neurologic physical therapists, physical therapy students, and neurology. You practice reading the eyes, the HINTS exam, the dizzy-patient differential, and the maneuvers.
What is free, and what it costs
These stay free, with no cap and no account:
- The daily read-the-eyes case — no sign-up, no cap
- The eye-sign library, and the cited reference pages — Dizzy, Triage, Measures, Cheat-sheet
These are free up to a stated daily limit. Pro removes every limit; the one-time Mastery Pack removes the limits on the drill, the trainer, the guided HINTS cases and the encounter:
- 3 timed calls a day in the fluency drill
- 3 generative trainer cases a day, aimed at the signs you miss
- The opening HINTS simulator cases — the foundations, free
- 3 full encounters a day — history, exam, call, and what you do next
- A first ED-call patient, free
Every limit is stated in the product at the moment it applies, so you are told where the line is rather than left to find it. If we change what a limit is, we say so in the product and here.
What NeuroDash sells is two things. Pro costs $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year; it renews automatically at the end of each term until you cancel, and the price and the renewal are shown before you pay. The $79 Mastery Pack is a single charge, not a subscription, and it does not renew. Both are optional; nothing on this page requires you to buy anything. Pro was closed to new customers from July 28 to August 17, 2026. Checkout is not open right now, so neither can be bought at the moment. Everything free stays free, and an existing subscription is not affected. The one-time Dizzy Call tool was withdrawn on July 29, 2026 and is no longer sold.
If you already subscribe to Pro, nothing about your subscription changes — and nothing changed while the plan was closed. It continues at the price you agreed — $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year, whichever plan you are on — for as long as you keep it, and you keep the full Pro access you paid for. If you cancel, you keep Pro to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Subscriptions and payments
If you subscribe, you choose a monthly or annual plan and the price is shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe; your card details never touch our servers.
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each term so your access does not lapse. Cancel anytime — you keep Pro to the end of the period. You can cancel from your account in one step, and cancelling stops the next renewal. We will not raise your price without telling you first. There are no hidden fees and no interest-based charges.
For a one-time purchase there is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel. You pay once and the access is yours.
Refunds — 14-day guarantee
If it is not for you, write to us through the contact page within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. This covers every Pro payment including each renewal, the one-time Mastery Pack, and — although it is no longer sold — a Dizzy Call purchase made before the tool was withdrawn. It is not a one-time offer.
If you are in the EU or UK, this 14-day money-back applies to you the same way. It does not replace or reduce any stronger right you have under your local consumer law.
Outside that window, write to us anyway — billing errors and cases where a technical fault stopped you from using what you paid for are made right regardless of how long it has been.
Education, not medical advice
The content is educational material authored by NeuroDash. It is not board-certified, not reviewed by an outside specialist, and not a substitute for clinical practice guidelines or your own clinical judgment.
Nothing on NeuroDash is medical advice, and using it does not create a clinician-patient or professional-advice relationship between you and NeuroDash. You remain fully responsible for your clinical decisions and for practicing within the laws, licensure rules, and standards that apply to you.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private, and give us accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person.
Acceptable use
Use NeuroDash lawfully and as intended. Do not probe or disrupt the service, scrape it, attempt to access other people’s data, or republish the content as your own.
Our content
NeuroDash authors and owns the lessons, cases, and tools. You may use them for your own learning. Clinical claims name the guideline they draw from — check the primary source before acting on anything.
Ending an account
You can stop using NeuroDash at any time and ask us to delete your account through the contact page. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service or break these terms.
No warranties, plainly
NeuroDash is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either, and we are not liable for decisions made from educational content. This section will be tightened in legal review; the plain meaning will not change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where NeuroDash LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in Wyoming courts, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
